We went to get my glasses today and was helped by Tori. She went above and beyond to help us. She was so great with service and had such a sweet attitude. I will definitely continue to go to target optical because of Tori. She truly represents your business and it's evident she loves her job!
We've been here several times before but couldn't find the perfect pair of glasses. Decided today was the day and we would walk out with an order. The manager was actually the one to help us because it was quite busy today and we could tell by his extensive knowledge that he was the manager. I ended up leaving with a 2nd pair as sunglasses.
Thomas had great customer service and was very informative . He explain everything to us and work very well with my 6 year old son. Thomas made the visit fun for both my boys. We will definitely be back with service like that.
