Dr. Treadwell and her staff are amazing. I have a very grumpy old cat who won't let our regular vet do anything with him, so I had to take him to SVIM. He had diabetes but wouldn't let anyone check his blood. Took him to SVIM and his sugar was 21...so he probably would have died with his next insulin shot. Thankfully, his diabetes was transient (keeping fingers crossed), he has a touch of chronic kidney disease, and is doing fabulous for an 18 year old guy. Dr. Treadwell will find what is going on with your pet so you can get him/her treated. I had an amazing maine coone who had liver failure, a huge bleeding ulcer and very rapid heart rate around 2005. My family vet referred me to Dr. Nancy Treadwell. My beloved 15 yr old terrier mix (Daily Joy) was suffering from cardiac issues. The moment I walked through the door of her flawlessly run practice I knew Daily Joy and I were in good hands. Her entire staff is a team of caring professionals and best of all Dr. Treadwell is a creative diagnostician who looks at each pet as a unique and special challenge. Her exams are thorough yet very gentle and the quality of veterinary care is state of the art.
