I went into Shreveport Eye Specialists due to age related vision changes. The office runs like a finely tuned machine. The staff always made me feel welcome, acknowleged me upon arrival, and valued my time. My surgical experiences were uneventful and pleasant. I was properly informed, and my complete history was taken. I experienced no pain. The nurses were flawless inserting the IV cath both visits. Dr. Van Norman treated me respectfully and explained thoroughly what I needed and what to expect. I can't express my gratitude to the staff for restoring my vision. These physicians and their staff provide exceptional care.
Dr Van Norman and entire staff were excellent at our office visit on Thursday Took my neighbor, Mr Stark to Dr Van Norman for a cornea issue and he was very fast yet thorough his exam. put Mr Stark at ease. Will certainly use again.
From the time you walk in to the clinic, till you leave, the whole staff makes you feel welcomed. They are very attentive and knowledgeable. I have been a patient of Dr. Van Norman for about 1 1/2 years and he has just completed my second surgery and I highly recommend him.
