Do not recommend! We were recommended by our realtor to use them to fix our roof. So I called & asked them to come out to do a quote 7/28/21, they said okay we will call to let you know when we are gonna come. I call back the next day 7/29/21 to see when they were coming out. They had come out 7/28/21 & didn’t think to even call me to let me know what they found & what needed to be done. They put the guy on the phone who did it & he told me they were supposed to MAIL the quote. The house is empty & for sale, no one loves there to receive the quote. So we decide to get it fixed & I called 7/29/21 that afternoon to let them know & they said they would let the guy know to come out & he would call me in a few hours to set it up. A few hours goes by & no call. I call back & they told me they hadn’t even let him know bc they didn’t know if they had materials. So I call back the next day 7/30/21 & ask when he will be out, the lender had to send the inspector back out. They told me he would call to set up a date again. I call today 8-9-21 to see when he was coming out. He had came out this past weekend & fixed it. But didn’t feel the need to call us to let us know so we could send the inspector back out so we could close. There is absolutely NO COMMUNICATION WHAYSOEVER WITH THIS COMPANY & THEIR EMPLOYEES TO CUSTOMERS. I normally am not the one to write a bad review but terrible communication is just one thing that seriously ticks me off. I’ve already let me realtor know to never recommend them again. I want to start by saying we have used them before and they did fine but this time customer service isn’t just bad it’s non existent just hope your not on the list or pile of paper!We were given their name by our builder to fix a leak in our roof a few years ago and again recently for some loose shingles We called the office on 10/16 or 10/17 the lady who answered the phone didn’t seem to interested in the story just our info which we were told they were backed up but... someone one call us we were on the list!? So.... the following week on 10/23 we called because no one had called us back to be told that we were on the stack of names to call but the stack was smaller so someone would call us fast forward to 10/26 Friday no one had called us we called another company they came out and addressed the shingles that had come loose and fixed them meanwhile I guess we are still in the stack of papers or on the list or whatever we are sadly they have done work for us before and did it timely and well I’m sure they are backed up but learn some customer service and call people back!!!!

I would not recommend them to anyone they charged me $3000 dollars to repair 3 leaks from my roof it's going on 11 months and it still leaks they have been out multiple times over the the last year but now they won't return my phone calls. I thought I paid to get the leaks fixed but instead my children have to keep buckets in their rooms when the issue reaches 1 year I will contact the media I am disabled Veteran with 5 children and one of them is also totally disabled

We hired Seegars for a $22,000 roof last August. We liked dealing with them prior to starting but once the 2 man crew who spoke minimal English showed up we were wary. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and saw we were getting a hand nailed roof. They scratched up our soffitt paint and bent our front door cover and were in our yard for over a week! Never once during that week did someone from Seegars show up to check on the progress. When these 2 guys were done their trailer had a flat tire and sat in my circle drive another day. ( my husband aired up their tire so they could get it off of our property). I called Seegars about the soffitt paint and bent front door cover and they sent a guy out that acted very frustrated to be there even though I had him the paint and a ladder for ease of touchups. ( no mention of bent front door cover). Okay, a heavy rain comes in february and I am in Baton Rouge for work and my husband sends me pictures of water pouring into our hallway and flowing out of light switches!! Never before with our old roof had we ever had water come in our home!! So of course, we call Seegars again. Some guy comes out and puts some flashing on the corner where it was determined to be leaking into our home. He was there for 20 minutes. We have never even had a call back from the company!! I would highly recommend against using them as we are now "in a pickle " if we want to put our home on the market due to the disclosure law of water leakage. We are looking at hiring an individual contractor to check for mold in our walls and another roofing company to look at the corner they "patched". That was a big chunk of change for a roof that has problems already!! Look elsewhere!!
