A guy named Seth came to my house today on a service call at my Grandmothers request. I want to reach out to him and say Thank you so much for going above and beyond and really doing a great job today! My GMA (who is not easily impressed EVER) said he was the nicest most respectful young man that he took his time to explain stuff to her and answer any and all questions. He worked ALL MORNING AND ALL AFTERNOON to get the job done because today was my gmas only day off! My GMA said she felt safe in his presence and exceeded her expectations by a long shot!
