This is my second time using Roto Rooter and the experience has been extremely pleasant both times. Starting with the way I’m greeted by Ms Pam and other office staff to schedule appointments all the way to completion of projects. This time I asked them to come out and detect a leak near the bathroom and got the unfortunate news that it was a slab leak. Austin and Clayton patiently answered the many questions I had about what steps they would take to repair the issue.
