They were here at a specified time, and the office called to confirm that it was a good time for them to head this way. Both men were cordial, they had my leak fixed within an hour, and I only needed a few dollars worth of parts. Cleaned up behind themselves. I paid cash and tipped them, and the young man counting it was honest enough to let me know I overpaid. I was very pleased. I'll use them again if I have any more plumbing issues.

I've used Giglio for 47 years and have always had excellent service. I can call in the morning and they are there quickly, make repairs and the service is reasonably priced. I had 6 bathrooms that had various repair needs. They came out first to review and then quote the job. I found the quote to be fair and hired them. They came out when promised and worked efficiently. The following day there was a small issue that needed adjustment. They sent someone out right away and did not charge extra since it was part of original scope of work. Highly recommend them for price and quality of work and for standing behind what they fix.Services: Toilet repair
