How do adult men not know to throw butt wipes in the trash can and not the toilet?!? It's an old house!! I don't care if they do say flushable on the package!! "Common" sense implies that everyone has it and gets it. It should be relabeled endangered sense! RotoRooter to the rescue in just over an hour. They told me between butt wipes and feminine hygiene products, they would always be in business!!! Our clean out to the main sewage line goes through our backyard, the neighbor who backs up to us, back and front yard and then under that road to finally hit the main! Almost 200 feet of line snaked through but the whoosh I heard when it cleared the line was cause for celebration!! Those guys were whooping it up in the backyard too!! I'm sure you have people you use but I cannot say enough good things about RotoRooter. They've always been quick, professional and super friendly!

I called another recommended plumber, left a message, but it was not returned. I called Roto Rooter and Pam answered right away. I explained the plumbing problem and that my tenant was an elderly gentleman with a compromised immune system and that we couldn't enter the house because of corona. Pam set me up with an appointment first thing in the morning. She called me to let me know when Paul, my technician was heading our way so I could meet him at the rent house. Even though we were outside. Paul put on a mask and used hand sanitizer when he got out of his truck before he handed me a pen and the paperwork. This guy was fast efficient and knowledgeable about plumbing. He was very careful and considerate of my property as he had to climb up on the roof and run a line down through the pipe. He was also patient and compassionate while I relayed instructions by phone to my tenant so he could run the washer at the right time to clear the line. Paul even gave me some ideas about how we can prevent this problem in the future. The pricing was reasonable and the service was stellar!
