Update: A customer service representative from Porter's contacted me via phone and corrected the charge for cleaning the dress. Initially this was frustrating, but they admitted their mistake and corrected the charge graciously.

I routinely use this location of Porter's and typically have positive outcomes. This time I dropped off my daughter's prom dress for basic dry cleaning. I was not told the price for the service at drop off. When I picked up the dress they charged $115.53 for a basic, strapless dress. This is an outrageous price for this service. If they are going to charge exorbitant prices for items like this, they should have a policy to give the price...read full review

Workers are very friendly and they usually come out to your car when you are dropping off or picking up unless they are super busy. Hubby has no complaints with his starched and ironed clothes and they have never melted the buttons on his shirts.

I have used Porters for a few years and have been pleased with everything. JP is a new addition but so friendly and helpful! I recommend this location for all dry cleaning/laundry needs!
