I travel often for work, which is exactly why I carry a Black Card and visit Planet Fitness locations all over the country. Unfortunately, this location stands out for all the wrong reasons. The staff here is easily the most unprofessional and ratchet I’ve encountered anywhere in the Planet Fitness network.
What really seals it is the company response in the comments. It misses the mark completely. A copy and paste, canned reply does not address real concerns and honestly comes off corny and dismissive. If Planet Fitness wants to be taken seriously, especially by loyal members who pay for premium access, this location needs better leadership and more genuine customer service.
I expect better from a brand I use coast to coast. Saddle up and do better.

Love this location. It's very clean and showers are clean. The other location on 70th Street is disgusting and the staff does not clean at all. Funny how the moral drops in a lower income area .

Terrible gym. Staff member at the front said they do not all service dogs to those who medically need it. So staff member told a lie and was putting someone in danger health wise. Disrespectful. So I guess planet fitness employees can lie about anything. Staff members are disrespectful, don’t help out any other people and the gym is always a mess

Incompetent employe who doesn’t know the American with disabilities act. Just canceled my membership. Will no longer be going to planet fitness’s again. Do better
