Adam was very patient answering all my questions and concerns. My installer was very polite and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
Clifton came out to do our inspection/sweep, and he was great. He explained everything he was going to do and why. He was very clean and has a really pleasant personality. He was also very informative and gave us great advice. Our fireplace is in great shape, and we have peace of mind knowing that. It was money well spent. I will call them again when we need our fireplace serviced.

WHAT AN AMAZING COMPANY!!! I live 800 miles from my 89 year old mother who has been trying to find someone to repair her gas fireplace. The damper would not open and other companies she's had out to her house told her she needed all this work that she honestly felt and knew didn't need to be done, so she's not addressed it anymore thinking there was no one around Shreveport/Bossier that is honest. However, because of the impending winter weather fast approaching.
