I have to share how amazing Lincoln and his shop are. I was stranded there on a Sunday afternoon, on my way back to Texas. Lincoln diagnosed and fixed the issue as soon as he could, and was so kind about it-- he actually didn't charge me, despite my willingness to pay. It was a minor (but urgent) fix, but still, don't expect him to just work for free haha.
There aren't that many people out there, much less mechanics, who would be so generous and helpful to someone stranded from out-of-town. It goes without saying that Lincoln was very competent, and my 200-mile drive home was uneventful thanks to him. :)
I would gladly go back to L&G, and I've recommended Lincoln to my friends in Shreveport. The only downside is that he isn't closer to me in Texas!

I took my new Telluride to Kia for a warranty alignment, and they claimed I had $2,000 in undercarriage damage that needed fixing first. I called Lincoln for a second opinion—his phone estimate was much lower, so I brought the car in. After inspecting it, he told me there was no damage at all and recommended I try a tire shop for the alignment. Sure enough, Firestone did the alignment with no issues. Lincoln’s honesty saved me thousands, even though he didn’t charge me a dime. The least I can do is recommend him to everyone—trustworthy, fair, and truly looking out for his customers.

Needed a simple AC recharge for my girlfriend’s car. After being told by several mechanics to leave her car with them because it might be something else. Mr Lincoln diagnosed the issues same day and I drove off with cool AC. Highly recommend this man, very affordable and honest!

I’ve brought my car here once and my wife’s car a couple of times. They’ve been friendly, quick, and flexible on all accounts, and going here has been significantly more affordable than other shops. The quality of work has been excellent as well. Lincoln quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced my transmission mounts and used an anti-shudder treatment, and now my wife’s car now runs smoother than I ever remember it running before. I will definitely continue to use his services.
