This crew is amazing. They have a positive attitude and are thorough with their service. They always let you know when they are coming by and stick to a regular schedule. We have had noticable improvement in pest control since they started servicing our business. If there are any issues they are quick to handle it and follow-up as needed. I’ve been a customer of J&J Exterminating for over 2 years. Chris Moore is my Mosquito Reduction Tech and he always does a great job. He goes around the 2/3 acre property and sprays around the shed and bushes, under the deck and porch and even around my carport to keep spiders out of my car. He’s a good communicator, too, using texts and calls to confirm appointment times. This excellent customer service extends to the office staff, as well, where my requests have always been addressed quickly. Also, the price for this service seems reasonable and has not gone up from last year, which is critically important when on a fixed income. I recommend J&J Exterminating.
