    Update for Volvo of Shreveport. With assistance of their new manager Michael and a fantastic salesperson Keegan my experience has complete changed. It was a pleasure doing business with these two professionals and the entire staff (credit and service). They addressed my concerns and took action to correct. I was so pleased I purchased 2 cars in 5 days. Congratulations gentlemen, you have my trust and business going forward.

    I brought my Volvo XC 60 in to Land Rover Shreveport for a 40,000 mile service, which included an oil change. While I was traveling back home an alert appeared on my dash that stated, “There is no engine oil pressure. Turn off the engine” I immediately pulled over and checked the car status; the oil stated “no value available.” I then assessed the outside of my vehicle and observed it to be covered in oil. I contacted the service department and was unable to reach anyone. I was able to get ahold of a salesman by the name of Joel and he was able to get me in contact with a tech. I was brought a loaner vehicle to drive home, as mine had to be taken back to the dealership by a tow truck. I was told my car would be ready the next day, Saturday, for pickup. I never received a call that Saturday following my service. I waited until Monday morning and called myself. I was told that a diagnostic test was being performed on my vehicle, it would be sent to detailing, and it would be delivered to me that day. I called later that day and was told I would not receive my car as the driver was unavailable until Tuesday. On Tuesday I called the dealership again, the diagnostic test was being performed on my vehicle and was being sent to me. My car was delivered to me later that Tuesday afternoon. I was told the “O ring” on the oil filter was faulty and this is the reason my oil completely spilled out of my vehicle. I requested a full refund for my service and never received it, even though I was told it was being worked on. I was also told the car had been detailed and there was still oil on the car after it was returned. The inside of the vehicle was dirty, and my white steering was covered in black grease. The customer service was great, but I will not be returning for a maintenance service at this Volvo dealership.

    Worked with Joel at Volvo Cars Shreveport to purchase our new 2025 XC60. We live in oregon, Joel and the team, helped us navigate the process of shipping, out of state issues (registration/taxes etc). We love our new car and very much appreciate the attention and follow through we received from Joel!
