The first time that I saw Dr Vanderloos I really liked her and her nurse quite a bit. I needed to return for my 6 month checkup and I asked the receptionist if I could get lab work done prior to the appointment. I was trying to lessen the number of times to make the drive…I live in North Bossier. Three times the receptionist told me that she had been at her job 3 years and she knew that that could not be done.I would have to have an appointment, then lab work and then return to get results and decide if anything needed to be changed. I asked if I could speak to a nurse and she told me that the nurse was busy with patients. She repeatedly told me that I was not listening to her. I asked if the nurse would call me back. The receptionist said she would send the nurse a message. After a day of receiving no call, I called back and asked the receptionist if we could verify the phone number that they had for me. She very curtly told me that she had sent that number to the nurse. It has been over a week now and I have heard nothing from anyone in the office.
Dr V and her staff are very competent and accommodating. Relaxed atmosphere is soothing.
