I was very impressed with Always There A/C Heat.
We have a home warranty with AHS for 25+ years, & this company “Always There A/C & Heat” was assigned to our service work order. It was the 1st time this company had been scheduled for our home. Justin called & advised myself of time his workers would arrive the next day. Brandon came over & quickly diagnosed the issue. Our system needed time to de-thaw due to being iced up. He said he would be back later in the afternoon, & he kept his word & returned. Due to parts needed, he said he would have to return the next day, Friday, before the weekend. I have a home owner warranty with American home shield
AHS scheduled them to come out. I spoke with Justin and we discussed the recent overwhelming request for AC repairs. He schedule me and assured me if he had any cancellation he would contact me. And he did! He was very professional , thorough and remained to make sure very thing was working properly. My first time ever using his company and I’d recommend him again. He kept us informed of the problem at hand. I appreciate an honest service provider. As his company name says

Wow, what a refreshing experience. In a time where service, commitment and professionalism have fallen by the wayside, Jackie, Justin, Katy and Brandon went above and beyond to get my issues resolved. You can definitely trust Always There to resolve the problem even if they have to stay late in extreme heat to get it done. I highly recommend them for your A/C issues, you won’t be sorry.
