The front desk and Leah and Laura my hygienists are great. The dentist, Dr. Bonnett, is super rude. He stood behind me and just talked about how bad my teeth were. This one is crooked, this one is that and so on. Well, no %^#$, I'm at the dental office. I asked to never be seen by him again and hopefully we won't have to deal with each other.
I love this Shreveport office! The receptionist, dental assistant, and the dentist was amazing! The wait time wasn’t long at all, and it was my first time going. I was in and out within 30 mins. I would recommend to anyone if they asked.
I was struggling to find a dentist who accepts Medicaid, as I have had some awful experiences in the past, but I’m so glad someone referred me to their Shreveport office because they honestly exceeded all my expectations. The reception staff, hygienist, & even the dentist himself were all wonderful. I’m hoping this review will help other people like me who have Medicaid & are wary of going to the dentist. Don’t hesitate to make your appointment with them!
