About Casse Dental Health Institute
Casse Dental Health Institute aims to provide personalized, high-quality dental care, especially for the medically underserved and uninsured in Louisiana. The office in Shreveport has received positive feedback for its friendly and efficient staff, including the receptionist, dental assistant, and hygienists. Many patients appreciate the short wait times and quick service, with some reporting being in and out in just 30 minutes. However, experiences with the dentist, Dr. Bonnett, have been mixed. While some patients found him rude and overly critical, others had a pleasant experience with him. Overall, the institute is recognized for its commitment to making dental care accessible, particularly for those on Medicaid, and many recommend it for its supportive environment and quality service.
I was definitely unaware of any medical office verification of acceptance or non acceptance of insurance when visiting the first time. This location did not ask for any new patient questionere and quite frankly was obscurringly late as "most insurance verification are completed over the phone" initially as a courtesy to the businesses professionalism. Unsatisfied but acknowledging why are the Cases Medical Facilities so indifferent here, but based out of New Orleans, Keep your guard up they have not served our Region long enough yet.
I MUST GET SOME PRIVATE INSURANCE FOR DENTAL.
I was struggling to find a dentist who accepts Medicaid, as I have had some awful experiences in the past, but I’m so glad someone referred me to their Shreveport office because they honestly exceeded all my expectations. The reception staff, hygienist, & even the dentist himself were all wonderful. I’m hoping this review will help other people like me who have Medicaid & are wary of going to the dentist. Don’t hesitate to make your appointment with them!
The front desk and Leah and Laura my hygienists are great. The dentist, Dr. Bonnett, is super rude. He stood behind me and just talked about how bad my teeth were. This one is crooked, this one is that and so on. Well, no %^#$, I'm at the dental office. I asked to never be seen by him again and hopefully we won't have to deal with each other.
