I had the company out Fri. Dec. 27th after calling the week before and this was the finalized date Mr. Arbuckle could make it or send someone out. Replacing a really old and damaged bath fan. I learned only the same style could go back meaning fan and light. The heater/fan/light would cost more. I should have pushed for a price because as sweet as he is... The price probably would have been $80-125 more and my family could have gotten what they wanted. Why 4 stars today? The guy he's training didn't clean up behind himself. AirPro was hired, as recommended by Arbuckle, to connect the fan to a duct thru the roof and 2 guys reported out. The tallest one was mad... read full review
