Our technician, Leonard Sonnier, did an excellent job with explaining what he found throughout our home as he performed his general insect inspection. His experience shined through in his explanations. I feel that he did a very thorough job with searching for, baiting, and treating every possible location inside and outside our home. He also did a great job with explaining all of the benefits that we receive with having an Orkin service our home, like what insect protections our subscription included and how their money back guarantee works.
