If it were for just the owner I'd give 5+ stars! The owner is so nice & knowledgeable! Goes above & beyond for his clients!! Would stay a lifetime customer if I had him as my service person!The guy that serviced my home was subpar. Wouldn't come out for weeks when I was having issues. He wouldn't knock down the wasp nests & I had to keep asking him to dust my attic. Which he said I needed to do but he said I could just go buy bombs at the store. I'm paying for him to treat my house & he wants me to go buy products & do it myself. I ended up canceling with him & going with another company that guarantees they'll come out again within a day, if I have issues again.
