Looking for dependability? Keep looking. First day they were supposed to come was on a Thursday, the tech passed my home and I had to call to see when he would be here. He said he passed my home and it was drizzling so he couldn't work which is fine but told me he would be back first thing in the morning. The next day I waited and called around 11am because still didn't show up. I called and the woman on the phone told me she didn't know why he told me that because she sends the technicians out. She told me she'd have someone here at 2pm. Then calls me at 3:30 telling me they won't be coming...on a Friday so had to wait until Monday to call someone... read full review

I paid almost $400 to have washer repaired and the guy told us we have a year if anything goes wrong they will come back and fix it. One month later it is still knocking. I called them to come back out and was told there was only a one month warranty so we would have to pay again. So here I sit with a washing machine that still is knocking and didn’t get fixed right in the first place. I do not recommend this company. I refuse to pay again for something they didn’t fix right the first time!
