Mike has been taking care of my window air conditioners for years. Last year he cleaned my 2 units and let me know about problems they each had. They would need replacing in the future. Well as he predicted, the one that was in the worst condition is failing. Failing at the beginning of a long holiday weekend. "AUGH!!" I normally don't write reviews but I felt I needed to write this one I know it's a year late. But better than never. Mr Mike and his son came out to my house to service my window unit which was not coming on at all. He was prompt very professional and his son was so well manner. Just a perfect image of his dad. So moving forward he got my unit back up and running and less than a hour. And also was very affordable.So he's coming back out to service it again due to it needing to be cleaned which he told me that last year and that I need to get an awning put in over my unit due to the heat bearing directly down on it.
