On a Tuesday night, my digital thermostat went out which keeps the whole system down. Left Advanced a voicemail and they returned the call first thing the next morning. Had a crew there within a couple hours and fixed issue quickly. Always great service and good people to do business with. Give them a call!

A/C went out last night around midnight, called first thing this morning and Mrs Vicki put us on the list for right after lunch today, when I got home from work the technicians were still here working on my condenser, very friendly and professional been using them for decades and will continue to do so.

Adavanced Air found I had a leak on my evaporator coil and ordered me a new one. In the meantime, they kept an eye on my unit and charged it when needed as we had to wait for the part to come in. They were very accommodating and I would highly recommend them for any air conditioning needs. A great company that I will continue to use. The techs that came to my home were very professional and knowledgeable. Office personnel was also great dealing with. I really appreciate all they did, especially making my home a priority in the middle of the summer. Great experience!!!!!
