The leak unfortunately ended up being more complicated than any of us thought and despite not knowing exactly what caused it, he made sure to come back today and oversee the plumbers we hired. The level of care and attention to detail that he exhibited was phenomenal. He explained things in a way I could understand, he truly went above and beyond. I can’t recommend him or this company enough.“
