Check in was easy and user friendly. I used the website to check in early prior to arriving. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job explaining my diagnosis and treatment plan. Received an email with the discharge papers and notes.
Not wanting to go at all, I finally made myself walk in. They were very professional and handled things “gently” when they needed to be. Made me feel comfortable in no time and addressed my issues. Wish I had gone there first! Awesome team.
I was so pleased with Katelyn the PA, she was so compassionate and empathetic. The care was exceptional and the care helped immeasurably with my not feeling good at all! Very thankful for this experience.
