The only hiccup I experienced was with a few small items being missed on the original work order, but the tech who quoted me, Grayson, made sure to get that taken care of. The timeline from our AC unit going out, to having a quote, to having a new unit was less than a week, and two of those days were on the weekend. So I really can't recommend them enough. Plus they made financing extremely easy and straightforward, so the monthly cost of the new unit is vary manageable, especially with the saving on energy I've seen over the last two months. We had used the Monroe location before on a rental property unit replacement and liked them. Now its time for MY house and the requirements are much higher. Southern Air is a little more expensive but Debra is very knowledgeable on various payment options. There was a slight miscommunication and a minor dispute but their " satifaction guarantee" MORE than satisfied! Thanks to the whole team. We'll be back!

10/10 would recommend Southern Air to anyone within earshot- for weeks my air conditioner couldn’t keep the house below 80 and it was fixed within twenty minutes or less! Thank you so much for your help Jarryn!!!
