“I'm not sure how to rate. Justin was extremely nice and polite. He took the time to answer all of my questions. But, he was behind schedule because of the weather the day before, so he was 30 minutes late getting to my home (outside of the 2 hour window that I was given). I had to call the office and was informed that the dispatcher should have contacted me. Justin then had to go get the part and that took another hour. He then needed an additional part and waited another 45 minutes for another technician to bring it. Now, I no longer have hot water. I will be calling when they open this morning.03/07/2024Daniel was awesome! Mark Johnson Plumbing really stepped up and made everything right! I am extremely pleased and very grateful.
