I'm not sure how to rate. Justin was extremely nice and polite. He took the time to answer all of my questions. But, he was behind schedule because of the weather the day before, so he was 30 minutes late getting to my home (outside of the 2 hour window that I was given). I had to call the office and was informed that the dispatcher should have contacted me. Justin then had to go get the part and that took another hour. He then needed an additional part and waited another 45 minutes for another technician to bring it. Now, I no longer have hot water. I appreciate being able to depend on Mark Johnson's Plumbing when I call. Noah Newton came out this time. He was courteous and professional. This was my first time using Mark Johnson Plumbing and I am beyond pleased! I received an email stating who was coming and also listing his expertise information. The plumbing professional, Ontario Williams known as “OT”, came earlier than expected and I was very happy with that! He introduced himself, gave me a small gift package from the company and verified what problems I was having then told me what he was going to do. He is a very knowledgeable expert who loves his job!
