GREAT customer service!!! Not one but TWO employees went on a full blown search for a passion flower plant i was looking for. Their computer said they had 4...i only wanted 2 but they knocked it out of the park turning the place upside down locating them. They were FINALLY found amongst some other similar looking plants at the complete opposite end of the place from where the computer said they were....i wish i had written down their names! Thank you for making this plant-loving mimi HAPPY❣️❣️

O'Neal's is exceptionally well-supplied with a carefully curated selection of farm supplies, garden supplies, seeds in bulk, vegetable starts, and fruit trees that do well in this area. But besides that, they have exhibited intelligence, foresight, and courage, regarding following science-based public health directives for safe operation of a retail business during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are so appreciative of both these fine attributes, that we will continue to drive over 30 miles one way, to shop here. Love this store.
