Today's experience (05/12/2023) -My feet and my emotions were manhandled today. I think my pedicurist was angry. At what or who, I don't know. But every aspect of this experience was below average. I expected average. I was prepared for mediocre. This wasn't even that. There are no good salons in this or any neighboring town. HIS agressiveness though. He moved like he was disgusted with me, and my feet were not that bad. It had only been 3 weeks since my last pedicure. The way he handled my toes. I went today and they were rude and tried to change my desires. My nails were not straight and very thick. My cousins nails were supposed to be rounded and they came out pointy and very lopsided. They looked horrible. I told them to make the nails shorter and they said that i couldn’t do that. They also said my idea was like an old lady. I am very disappointed and will NEVER go back. The only good thing was they gave me a “free design” which i said i didn’t want but MADE me get it.Service: Acrylic nails

My friend and I went there for a manicure. When we got there we were asked what we wanted over and over again, we told them we were still deciding and they let us be. When we decided what we wanted we picked our polishes and sat down. One of the nail polish bottle accidentally broke and when we told the lady she scolded us like you would scold a little kid even though we apologized up and down,offered to help clean up and pay for the bottle. Then the nail technician that we had ripped our cuticle to the point they were bleeding. We were rushed the entire time and left feeling stressed instead of relaxed.
