I ordered a casket spray and a large heart bouquet for my mom's funeral a week before the funeral from FTD. Three hours before visitation, I received a number of emails, phone calls, and texts that all of my mom's flowers were cancelled. I was devastated. I googled flowers in Ruston and House of Flowers were the first to come up. I called and explained my situation and although the visitation and funeral was in another city, House of Flowers staff prepared the most beautiful casket spray I've ever seen and delivered it on time at visitation. I will never be able to express how much this meant to me and my entire family. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Absolutely awesome people! So incredibly helpful, great reception and easy to work with. They helped me pick out a great bouquet for my anniversary and it turned out amazing. Delivery was right on time as well too. Will only be working with them from now on

I'm extremely pleased with the plants I ordered long-distance. Before HoF delivered my original choice, they called to let me know one of them was not up to their usual standard and helped me make an alternate choice. They provided excellent value and service.
