Dr. Higginbotham (husband) is my #1. Even when I moved to Haughton, I still went to see him. Now that I’m in OR and visit family, I will still seek him out for an appointment. YES PEOPLE HE IS THAT GOOD. He is very different from other chiropractors in that he listens and understands the patient’s needs. He is a man of few words but more than surprising techniques and maneuvers to adjust your body and leave you feeling a lot better. I totally recommend him.

Diana is fantastic. She goes out of her way to accomidate my schedule and lets me book appointments at times that are outside her normal business hours. The environment is very clean, comfortable, and peaceful. You won't regret booking an appointment with her.
My experience with this establishment was absolutely the best out of all salons I’ve been to. Ty did my pedicure and was very kind and made me feel very comfortable. She also did a wonderful job on my toe nails and made my feet feel nice and soft. Kim did my acrylic set and they turned out so much better than what I originally had in mind. She paid very close attention to every little detail and was very gentle when filing which is rare in a lot of places. Kim was also very patient with me even whenever I changed my mind about the color I wanted and overall made my nails flawless.
Recently booked with Ali for the first time and as someone who changes their hair often/ has had almost every color imaginable this is hands down my FAVORITE hair color I’ve ever had. When I told her I wasn’t picky but wanted my hair dark with dimension and showed her a few reference pics she worked her magic and the results are amazing. ?

She was very professional and sweet. I came to her in need of E.R help and she saved my loc's/hair, and ATE the style up. Nice environment. Loved the outcome. Left telling her to make me a standing appointment. I have found my new home for my loc journey.

Great barber, always get a good cut. In and out, easy to talk to and if you don't feel like talking that day, the silence is welcomed too.

I'm editing my previous review. It's been nearly 4 weeks since my nails were done. Due to illness, I haven't been able to get back in sooner. Much to my surprise, besides the growth, my nails still look great. No chipping or lifting off the nail bed. I'm impressed and will be back.

The girl i had did a great job on my layers,understood I didn't want to lose any length and make sure everything was the same length,double checking each time,it still looked good after washing ans drying,when I get my hair cut again I will be going back

As a first time client , I had a medical issue , afraid of what could be wrong , I had an immediate appointment. When I arrived to The Visual Difference I was still kinda nervous , the staff there were friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable . I would rate the total experience 10/10.
The owner, Teresa, always greets me as soon as I enter the door. She is respectful, thorough in providing beautiful & timely service, talkative, makes sure I am pleased with her work and adjusts the water temperature for my comfort. Teresa cleans and wipes down the surfaces between customer visits. The business is well lit, neat and looks clean.
