My daughter never received her packet for school pictures this year. When I realized in early November that I didn’t have them, I contacted Donna. Took over a week to get back to me, then told me that by mailing a check along with shipping fees would be the fastest option for Christmas. When they hadn’t arrived by December 16, I emailed her and no response. Call her on the 19th and then she calls me back on the 20th telling me she mailed them out on that day. Incredibly slow and disappointing service that was pointless for a family with all out of town relatives.

Ashley was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Answering all of my questions prior to the party, setting up before, entertaining the kids during, and finally cleaning up afterwards!
The kids had an absolute blast. I would definitely recommend Ashley and the The Glow Room to anyone looking for a unique, fun birthday experience.
