I can’t even begin to describe how grateful I am for this office. Dr. Baird and his PA Lindse York are so wonderful. They listen to your needs, give straightforward advice and offer effective solutions. The office staff is the friendliest group of people. Whenever I have a Rx question or need they are so quick to address it. I feel incredibly lucky to be a patient at this practice.
The Doctor and staff at Oschner Health have been very efficient in scheduling prompt appointments, to their specialists, and diagnostics to aid in my total wellness! They genuinely have cared, with great kindnesses, for my overall mental and physical health!
My yearly visit was wonderful with Dr. Katie. In the absence of my Primary doctor and the timing of not being able to get into her. However, I brought my husband back the next day due to him feeling awful and the extreme long wait at Urgent Care. We came back the next afternoon for him. He tested positive for Covid and I asked if they could test me and they didn't have time in their schedule. That was frustrating to me. No one was in the waiting room. Otherwise, I appreciate the lady at the front desk getting my husband in for an appointment the same day.
