FITT
“I am 62 years old and started with FITT in my late 40's with a goal of losing 50# by age 50. I lost 40# before age 50 and have slowly improved every year. My goal is to be FITT when I am in my 80s and still have a high quality of life. Over the years I have trained with multiple FITT trainers; my trainer for the past year is Ben Levine, along with the owner Jerry Drefahl, have continuously monitored my needs and designed workout programs to keep me progressing. I highly recommend FITT for anyone who is serious about living longer and healthier.”
