Great experience with this company. I obtained 2 different quotes for a generator purchase and installation, and theirs was the most competitive. Everyone associated with HMC who we worked with was friendly, professional, and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The entire process was smooth, and they did an excellent job of managing my expectations since everything happened exactly as they said it would. I feel very comfortable having our annual maintenance and mobile monitoring contract for our new generator through HMC going forward based on how everything was handled with our purchase and installation.

All employees were Very Professional and Knowledgeable, and quick to offer any assistance or request made during and after the installation process of the home generator. Our neighbors recommended HMC. We sought bids from three companies. HMC was not the cheapest nor the most expensive but it wouldn’t have mattered. We were sold when their sales rep, Ben, came prepared and explained the entire process. From there, we have had only good experiences. Ryan, kept us updated on each phase, sending me detailed emails explaining what I needed to tell Entergy. Z was very knowledgeable on what needed to be done to install the new panels.
