The guys that came to our house were extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
They identified the problem quickly, located the part and had us back up and running in no time. The pricing was very fair as well. 10/10 service.

Deric's is simply the best!!! Honest, reliable, quality, and affordable! He's the local company we were looking for! Our AC went out just under the 10 year warranty, right at the weekend. Deric's answering service took our call on a Saturday, had a tech call us to take information and said he'd have Deric get back with us. Deric came out on Sunday morning, gave a quote, and had us up and running in no time. His quote was half of what other companies quoted. I was so relieved and happy with the customer service, I wanted to cry!
