Deric's is simply the best!!! Honest, reliable, quality, and affordable! He's the local company we were looking for! Our AC went out just under the 10 year warranty, right at the weekend. Deric's answering service took our call on a Saturday, had a tech call us to take information and said he'd have Deric get back with us. Deric came out on Sunday morning, gave a quote, and had us up and running in no time. His quote was half of what other companies quoted. I was so relieved and happy with the customer service, I wanted to cry!

Deric’s is the best. Called him in the late evening with the normal “A/C isn’t working” issue.
He was in Brusly when I called and at my house in S.E. B.R. 29 minutes later!
(This is after 7 p.m. now)
Up in the attic – I’m standing right with him as he methodically tests each part of the A/C unit.
For some crazy reason the A/C fan is overworking and overheating.
Ridiculous - on a 7 year old unit.
Of course, every A/C has a different fan, and they ain’t just sitting on the shelf.
The next day he is busy tracking one down relentlessly.
Locks one up in Lafayette and has it in B.R. a few hours later.
