I called to schedule a gas pressure check and Mr. Donnie was at my house within hours.. Very reasonable fee.. Super nice people all the way from dispatcher to service tech. Def recommend.
They were very nice and quick to respond to our issue that was after hours. The technician that arrived was very friendly and did a fantastic job! Considering if it was after hours on a Saturday, everything was taken care of very quickly!
Aaron was polite and respectful and listened to what we had done in the past regarding this water pipe. Aaron went straight to the problem. He turned the water back on to see precisely where the pipe was leaking. He located the leak and gave us an estimate to replace the section of pipe that’s causing the problem. So that we could have water for the time being he temporarily fixed the leak. We will definitely use Southern in the future.
