Original review:I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation appointment for 1:30 on 8/17. I received 4 confirmation texts and emails about my appointment at 1:30…an hour later my car was still never taken to the back. I took off work for this and not a single employee gave me an update while I was waiting. I understand being busy, but communicate that with the customer or maybe give a heads up when I get there that you were running behind. I asked for my keys and left.
Updated review: Brad the regional manager texted me the next day and immediately apologized for the lack of communication. They were short staffed for my appointment and he found a way to right the situation,

Pulled in for a flat that had to patched from inside. He immediately took it to the back and 20 minutes later, pulled around & said have a nice day. No charge. Will definitely be back. Thanks!
