This is the best gym in the Ponchatoula/ Hammond area. The equipment is some of the best around and the staff is very friendly. The gym is well maintained and clean as well. Amazing experience!
First time going to Ponchatoula Fitness Center and Holden welcomed me right in. Great gym, clean and well equipped with everything you need for a good workout. Holden is super helpful and just an all around great dude who makes you feel right at home from the start. Definitely will be going to this gym from now on. Highly recommend!
Absolutely amazing environment. The mega mass row machine and the chest press are by far the best I’ve used. Great vibes to this place. If you go to the gym in the Ponchatoula/hammond area you would be stupid to not go here.
