My 9yr old son absolutely loves it. He has expanded his social circle with new friends, based on a common interest and healthy rivalries. As a USMC veteran who studied the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program (MCMAP) when I was in, I can honestly say that this place teaches him everything that I never could because of our size/weight differences. The professors are legit athletes of a high caliber and I’m thankful for what they do for my son. I’m looking to join their ranks soon too.

I've been training at Gracie United for about six months and I cannot stress how much of a good experience it has been. As a woman, I had a lot of anxiety over joining a martial arts gym as they are predominately male-dominated spaces, but the crew at this gym has been welcoming and helpful as I've started my self-defense journey. Seriously, this crew is top-notch and I'm thankful that I've found a welcoming place to train and challenge myself to keep growing.
