The fan motor needed replacing and our warranty company (American Home Shield) kept giving us the run around and failing to properly fix it. Kendall called and advised Kent would be coming over to replace the fan motor. Within a few hours Kent texted me that he was on his way. He fixed it quickly and was so thorough with his work! We recommend anyone needing their air conditioner serviced to use Southern Comfort. We will definitely use them for all of our air conditioning needs!!!
