Tyler was professional, efficient, thorough, organized, and clean. He immediately cleaned up any mess made when working in the attic, and he answered all my questions and even demonstrated a few pieces that I had questions about.
My experiences thus far w/ the service from Southern Air has been nothing short of professional.The tech, Lelan was not only courteous & respectful, but didn’t mind troubleshooting to find out what was going on w/ my unit & very forthcoming w/ info & cost before proceeding! He was very knowledgeable & efficient in his work & a real personable guy which was welcoming!
Southern Air of Louisiana have been very helpful people to do business with. They replaced our old air-conditioning year before last last. A year later we found that the compressor had been faulty from the factory and Southern Air changed it out for us every though the one year warranty had expired. One year later we thought we had compressor problems again and Southern came out straight away. As it turned out the breaker box door had fallen off and turned off the breaker to the outside unit. Again,Southern figured it, inspected the entire system and got us started on a regular maintenance plan. The service was great and the technician knew his business.
