I had an extremely good technician Dillon, and he was knowledgeable and detail oriented and nice. He represented Southern Air & Plumbing in a very professional way! He ordered parts and made sure an installation date/time was scheduled.
I had two technicians look and evaluate the water leaking from my upstairs air conditioner. Dillion examined the drain line where I thought was the problem but noticed the water was leaking from the bottom of the unit, not the drain line. Tyler came and found the source of the leak. He provided me with an estimate to repair the problem. Both technicians were very knowledgeable, explained the problem and answered all my questions. I was very satisfied with them.
