Had them fix a plumbing issue and later an AC issue. Both times they were on time (texted and called to both confirm and also give eta on arrival). Everyone is professional, caring, understanding, and FAST. Thy were knowledgeable, and took their time making sure I understood everything. Lovely group to work with.
Dustin Maxey, it was a pleasure having you do our plumbing repairs! He was very professional, thorough, easy to communicate with, and explained everything in detail of what needed to be done. Wonderful experience from start to finish!
I had an extremely good technician Dillon, and he was knowledgeable and detail oriented and nice. He represented Southern Air & Plumbing in a very professional way! He ordered parts and made sure an installation date/time was scheduled.
