I just transferred vet clinics and I have never been happier! I despised my last vet. They were absolutely horrid! Towards me and my babies! That is a story for another day! I’ve never been treated so kindly. They treat my dogs so good! You can see so clearly how much they love the fur babies. The office never smells and is always clean. I’ve never felt like I’ve had that support and care I’ve needed for my babies until now. I am so thankful to everyone here and love my babies new vet! You couldn’t pay me to go anywhere else!

Years later and I am still furious with the lack of professionalism exhibited by this place! Brought adopted kitten in due to URI. They kept her for 2 weeks and so roughly intubated her she cannot meow. Then took 3 cats in for wellness chk and the tech cut the top of the same cats ear off! They proceeded to put in a couple stitches and CHARGED me for it and no discounts given for their pitifully poor service. Run fast and far from these idiots!

I’ve had nothing but the best experience. I had two guniea pigs brought to see Mrs Elster. They had ring worm and with the meds given they were clear within a week. My next experience was with an eye infection with my hamster. Mrs Elster enlightened me that she was just poked in the eye by something, like bedding. She gave me meds and once again, within a week she was all better. I also brought my corn snake here because I thought he had a respiratory infection, Mrs Elster checked him out; Turns out he was just vocal !! Not to mention they have some of the best prices. I brought in a NR squirrel to get his tail docked and they were very understanding and the surgery went well. And CHEAP. only $100. I love their services and will always recommend Kees Animal Clinic !

Maybe change your hours of operation online. I had no idea you are no longer open on Saturdays. I did double check online before I loaded up my 150 pound dog to bring in for his shots. If you sent a letter informing customers of the change I missed it. So to anybody seeing this review-- THEY ARE NO LONGER OPEN ON SATURDAY. I'm gonna give 3 stars because I've never had any issues with the clinic when it is open.

The employees at the front desk are rude and not professional at all , actually the employee Katie at front desk didn't even acknowledge when I walked in (not just myself but everyone) & then you go up to the front counter and she doesn't even say anything to you , so you're standing there looking crazy until she finally decides to speak to someone. The first time I ever walked inside this place I got bad vibes , they seem to really not care about the animals just looking for a check . The back staff don't tell you anything unless you ask , I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS VET!!! WILL BE TAKING MY FUR BABIES ELSEWHERE !!!

This is beyond the WORST animal clinic ever. Do not bring your pet. The receptionist do not greet you when you walk in. You’ll be standing there looking crazy waiting to see what you need to do to check in. It a chaotic mess. They don’t know what they’re doing. Brought my new pup in for her 2nd round of vaccines, and they didn’t bother to look at the paperwork given.. and they gave her first round of vaccines instead. I am NOT impressed.

Had to put our sweet boy to sleep recently. The staff was amazing. Everyone of them took the time to make me comfortable. To make my dog comfortable - to step outside the box and figure out how we could have the most caring, trusting process possible - from tissues ready before I knew I needed them - to helping me say goodbye - I felt like we were the only clients/patients there - on a very busy morning.
