Came out and diagnosed the issue with our heater (heat pump) not working. Will require a new compressor at the least, will likely opt for new unit given the value and warranty and the age of the old unit. Offered us some suggestions for running our other unit to keep the house somewhat warm during this Ice-apocalypse.

The technician was courteous and respectful. He came in and took care of things in a professional manner. I wouldn’t mind having him as a regular technician to take care of our air conditioning and heating.

He was honest and even was able to give me a quick quote on moving my thermostat for me.
