My backflow preventer for my irrigation system was leaking due to the freeze. Mr. Justin with Cenla Backflow Prevention came out after another plumbing company advised replacement. He tested and found the issue, repaired the device and saved me a large amount of money. He is very knowledgeable and honestwith great customer service. I would refer him to anyone with backflow prevention issues.
Owner, Justin, was courteous and demonstrated excellent customer service! He arrived promptly, within the promised time frame, worked quickly and efficiently, and was very reasonable in his pricing. After I sent payment, Justin sent me a text thanking me for the payment and said he appreciated our business! My husband and I appreciate Justin’s promptness and professionalism and will definitely call on him again!
