When I called asking about information Mrs. Shayla in the Opelousas, LA branch gave me all the information I needed and helped me fill out an application over the phone. She then waited patiently while I was looking for all of my documents(which I needed. Afterwards she stayed and helped us until we was finished at her branch(even after 5:30pm)and she answered all of me and my wife questions until we was satisfied. We had a wonderful experience today.
