I have taken Brand New Shirts, never worn, to have them cleaned, and light starch. When picking my Business Shirts up and going on the road on business travel, the next day I find that a few of my buttons are gone, cracked, or half on. I have spoke with Super Clean about this embarrassment, and the comment I received was not what I wanted to hear. “We do not replace buttons. Again these were Brand New Shirts with all the buttons, I will seek out another cleaners.
